Orders will be processed within 48 business hours of the time the order was placed. At this time, we are only offering Standard Shipping with a 3-5 day shipping window, once the order has been processed. If you would like your order shipped sooner, please send an e-mail to: , type 'Urgent Shipping' in the subject line so we will open it immediately. We will do our best to meet your shipping needs.
We will be implementing Priority Shipping soon and will update our site and prices accordingly.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us for approval to return your item for up to 14 days once your order was processed. If 14 days has passed, we will not be able to offer you a refund. We are happy to exchange your item for something of equal or lesser value, but you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
In order for your item to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact condition that you received it and must be in its original packaging and you must have proof of purchase.
Jewelry and gift cards are exempt from being returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return meets all of the stated requirements a refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be processed to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours of approval. Please keep in mind that the credit card company or bank may take longer to show the credit on your account. If your credit has not been received 14 days after it has been processed and you have already contacted your credit card company or bank, please contact us via email at: email@example.com.

Defective or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will require photos of the damage and will provide you with approval once all information is received. You will be required to return the damaged product and we will credit your account with the cost of shipping to return the damaged item. If the item is still in inventory, we will send a replacement. If the item is no longer in inventory, we will refund all costs, including the original shipping cost.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for a non-damaged returned/exchanged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
